replacement channel balance

Milgard windows installed in 1998. Please identify channel balance-33" with marking 32 3 CQ CALDWELL

This is either an S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to determine which you need. See the image below for reference. For a stamp option go with 3230.
