need to replace balance in non tilt window, tried going through different company but found balances the had were not correct, were tied to retaining hook instead of crimped, causing retaining hook to catch and then snapped
widest part of channel is 5/8 in
metal length is 27 in
marking on metal is 26 4 fn caldwell
