replacement channel balance

Hi,

I have three broken channel balances. The mark says "33.4 CN Caldwell". The metal bar length is 33" and the width is 1/2". I have attached pictures of both ends. Can you please tell me the replacement part numbers?

The metal bar measures 33".

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 34". If so, I recommend our S385-34.

Thanks for the response. I measured the metal piece (not including the plastic pieces) and the length is 33".

That's very odd. I wonder why your balance is stamped "33 4." If your metal channel is 33" long, then you can go with our S385-33, but you will need to weigh your sash to determine the proper option. I would also confirm the plastic pieces on either end match the Series 385 just in case.
