replacement channel balance

Question

I need to replace a few channel balances in my townhouse. The stamp on it says 30 3 Caldwell DM. It measures approx. 30-31" long. Which replacement part should I order. IT is for a Rollyson single hung window. Thank you, Ken.

Hey, Ken. I'm afraid I can't determine what you have based on the stamp alone. We will need to see clear pictures of the nylon ends on either end of the balance. I can someone make out the bottom one, but it is cut off and I'm not clear on what it may be.
