Our (first) channel balance has broken. We think the original window was a Milgard. The number stamped on it is 25 4 BV CMC 1. The shoe depth is 1". Which of your channel balances should we be looking at?

Good afternoon. Thanks for posting! With a shoe depth of 1", which indicated our 15-005, it looks like you might have our Series 380 channel balance. Please take a look and see if you agree.
