replacement channel balancers 2005

A home owner from Santa Ana, CA says:
I need to order replacement channel balancers for windows in a home built in 2005. The length is 32", and the width is 1/2".
Stamped on the side is 32 5 LV CMC 2
I am sending photos of the top and bottom.
Thanks,
Edlynn

Hi, Edlynn! I see that you live in California. That gives me a hint. It looks like you need the Series 385 side-load balance. You can verify this by measuring the bottom shoe as shown below. That dimension determines the difference: 1-3/32" for a Series 385 and 1" for a Series 380. You would order an S385-33, though, not 32". To check that, measure the metal channel by itself. It should measure 33" exactly. The stamp option for "32 5" is "3250". You will need to know that when you place your order.
