replacement channel balances

Quick Learner
I ordered replacement channel balances from you several years ago, but they are not strong enough to keep the windows open. I'm providing more details below to see if you can provide balances that will work for our windows.

Here are the details -

Window size: 41.25" wide x 24" high
Weight: 22.6#
Balance length: 23" including plastic part on each end
Number of windows: 6 - (12 channel balances needed)

Window size: 29.5" wide x 24" high
Weight: 16#
Balance length: 22" including plastic part on each end
Number of windows: 3 - (6 channel balances needed)

I have also attached a PDF with photos of one of the old balances.

Can you recommend replacement parts? We'd really appreciate your assistance.

Thanks for the photos. Your top sash guide reminds me of our 18-171 Alpine top sash guide. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully compare your top sash guide to the measurements below. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.

In regard to your balances, it looks like you have either the Series 351 with a 1" shoe or the Series 390 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Once you've confirmed the series you need, you'll need to select a stamp from the list of options. For the 22" balance, you'll need the 2140 stamp for your 16lb window and for the 23" balance you'll need the 2240 stamp for your 22lb window.
