replacement channel balances

Question

I need 4, 1/2" wide, 24" length channel balances. The base is winged and appears to be 1-1/8" deep front to back. The old channel is marked with 23B u.s.b. The window frame is extruded aluminum and weighs about 13-Lbs. Also would like your help with top sash guide affixed to window sash frame. I believe the 18-009 5/8 top sash guide is a close match to what is currently attached to the top portion on the window.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the S350-24 channel balance to your assembly. Please note that the bottom fitting that comes with this balance measures 1-3/32" deep as shown below. If it's a match, the 23B stamp would correspond to our 2320 strength option, which supports a sash between 9-15 lbs. Thanks for posting!
