replacement coil balance

I have a window that needs all four coil balances replaced. The label in the window says MI Windows & Doors 26252044.3 BMDH3
That is the only markings I am finding. The metal coil itself appears to maybe have a "9" stamped in it?

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a picture of your pivot shoe removed from the window. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

Thank you! You have our 15-180 balance shoe which is designed to use the Series 190 coil springs. If your coil spring has a "9" stamped on it, see the S190-940 9 pound spring. You can also re-use your coil support if its still in good shape.
