replacement corner piece for PGT single hung window

A quick learner from North Port, Florida says:

I'm replacing the window balances in my PGT single hung windows, which I received from you this morning. I noticed the top corner plastic pieces have uv damage and I believe these prevent the balances from rising up to the top of the window. Hoping you sell these corner pieces?

Carefully review and compare the dimensions to your existing top sash guide to confirm that this is the right fit. You may need to find an undamaged top sash guide to accurately confirm the dimensions. Let me know if they are not a match.
