I can't find these parts locally. The windows are aluminum and about 30 years old. Hopefully you can be of assistance.

Thanks for your post! I believe we may be able to make recommendations for the top tilt and the latch you are searching for but I will need to see to see photos of these pieces removed to identify them. I've tagged two video tutorials below that may be helpful.

HERE AR TWO PHOTOS I WAS ABLE TO GET ALON WITH MEASUREMENTS. BOTH PIECES ARE DAMAGEED BUT I HOPE YOU CAN GET ENOUGHT INFORMATION FROM THEM SO THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO OBTAIN REPLACEMNTS.

The closest we carry to your original latches are the 91-010 and 91-011. Compare the dimensions to see how they compare to your originals.

I am going to have one of our senior experts take a further look at the tilt corner. We will be in contact as soon as more information is available. Than you for your patience!

Take a look at the 95-008 and the 95-009 top tilt corners. This might be the closest corner to the ones you need. See if the dimensions match up to yours. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
