replacement door handle

Question

I have a Cole Sewell storm door and an Emtek lock and handle assembly. It was installed 19 years ago. Recently the hub or actuator broke. I need to replace it but have discovered it's not as simple as it should be. No one that sells Emtek locally has been able to help me. I have attached photos of the entire assembly showing the Emtek logo and a model no. Also a pic of the hub in place and the hub removed showing where it's broken. Anybody have a hub I can buy?

Unfortunately, we do not sell the specific component of the mortise lock itself, only possible replacements for the entire set. This exact handle set is no longer made, but check out our 40-049. Look it over and let me know if this could work for you.
