replacement door handle identical

I am looking for a replacement door handle identical to the attached photo. It may be a Prime-Mortise patio door handle but it must fit a hurricane patio door. It will be installed on our community guardhouse which was built with all hurricane glass/door frames.

I'm sorry to say that I'm not familiar with this handle set. Seeing as how it's for a hurricane door, it might be a little outside of our wheelhouse.
I'd be more than happy to look into it for you, though. Before I go any further, can you please show me a picture of the interior side and the mortise lock? Can you also tell me the distance between the installation holes, center-to-center? Finally, would you happen to know the make and model of the door?
