replacement drawer hardware

Years ago we bought a beautiful chest with 5 drawers from the American embassy in Holland. We have a small problem with the end stop of 3 drawers The marks on the sliding stops are: R 10(?)-28 and patent nr.3.201.187 .Can you help me with these drawer sliders/stop or do you have an address in Holland where they sell these stops. Thanks for writing in from the Hague! Also thanks for your patience during our busy season. I believe your old bearing can be replaced by our 32-118. Look over the dimensions and let me know what you think.

the 32-118 looks good . I need 3 or 4 of these. is there a place in Holland where I can buy these bearings? thanks for your help Best regards Andries
