Hi there. We have a Marvin Window that the operational part of the unit isn't working and we'd like to get it replaced. I've attached photos. It is the window on the right hand side of a pair of windows that opens up to the right.
My builder referred to it as a Marvin french window with lifetime flexacron finish. The single window is 28 inches wide (on the inside) and 58 inches tall on the highest part of the arch.)

We should be able to help, but we will need to see the complete operator mechanism. Your top photo only shows the base. If possible, please show us a top-down picture of the whole thing in one shot. You can either remove it from the window or just open the window enough that we can see the rest of it.

Here is a photo of an exact window that I've opened. I hope this is what you needed to see. The brand is "truth". but I didn't see any serial or style numbers on it.
