replacement for unique window balances

I need to find replacement balances for ones that are stamped (12/2) unique 27-c-30 the other (10-2) unique 27-2-30.. Please advise

The actual measurement of the metal frame on the balance is 28 inches. The S795-27 looks like it is 27 inches. Would the S795-28 be a better fit?
