replacement gear/spindle

Thank you for reaching out to us. This part isn't designed to be replaced. It's called a worm gear and when it comes out like this it means the operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We may be able to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
