Thank you for posting, Bogdan! I'm afraid that we do not have an exact replacement for this handle, but please compare it to our 40-058 Lever Handle with Deadbolt Set. Do you think you can use this as a possible substitute? Let me know!

Yes I can use parts # 40-058, but can I have same handle inside( interior) like is autside (exterior)

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not have this same style handle set.
