Replacement door handle and lock for a herculite K sliding door. Approximately from 1984.
Measurement between handle screws is 3 1/2 inches.
Width of door 1 5/8.

Can you confirm the distance between the handle screw holes, center-to-center? It should be 3-15/16", which is standard for this style. If so, see our 82-033. I also recommend our 82-226 mortise lock.
