I'm not sure that we sell this exact sash lift. The best option we have is probably going to be our 26-147. this has a distinct "Z" shape, allowing it to screw to the bottom of the sash. However, the angle of your photo prevents me from confirming if yours works the same way.

For now, look the 26-147 over and see if it'll be a good match for your original part.
