replacement handle for dorwal door

I have a probably 30 year old dorwal sliding door, it is a 1 and 7/16 inches thick, roughly an inch and a half thick. the screw hole placement is 3.5 inches from thier center. It has the thumb lock system with no key for the exterior. The interior handle has fallen apart. The door is in great shape, need a new handle system for the door. I have included pictures, hope they help, please advise.
