replacement handles and lock

I have a sliding door, which looks like the American Craftsman 5700 series. It needs a handle and locking mechanism. Someone purchased one of your universal models (82-003) but the locking mechanism is not able to reach the handle when inserted into the door. I was wondering if you carry a locking mechanism and handles that would fit.
