Hello,

Your photos resemble the 39-032 Dual-Arm Operator. The opposite-handed version is our 39-031. Just make sure the dimensions match the image below, paying close attention to the shorter link arm. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.

If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 set and see if the 10" long base matches yours. Thanks for posting!
