Our doors are about 30 years old and are grinding metal on metal because of wornout parts. Please advise on all parts that should be replaced.
Please contact me, I am sending photo's and would like to replace all parts that will make the doors run smoothly again

Thank you for posting on our discussion board! You may want to consider replacing the whole track. Please see our 21-401, 21-403, and 21-404 Bifold Door Tracks. Could any of these work for you?
If you just want to replace the individual components, do you only need this plastic bracket? Are there other parts on the track or on your doors that appear to be damaged? I'll have to see pictures of each one before I can suggest a replacement.

The tracks are scratched but not bent or damaged so I do not think they need to be replaced. The plastic part, I sent photo's of, is called a pivot bracket, is that right? Has it been replaced with 21-209 ?
The long door pivot pins with clip are in good condition including the plastic caps. The caps, however, have a beveled edge unlike the 21-044 you have to offer.

Actually, looking at your photo, I think that whoever repaired this door before used Peachtree nylon pivot block instead of the Benchmark 21-209, which I agree would be the closest possible replacement for your track. That plastic piece was not the correct replacement!
