replacement hinge

Do you have a hinge in Nickle finish to replace this one? The offsets are 3/8" I think I am looking for a "partial wrap" hinge. The partial wrap I found on your websites does not match either. From the markings in the photo I set can you identify the manufacturer of my hinge? Thanks.
