replacement hinge

The hinge shown is # 03087.67, I have tried your 32-345 and while the 3 screw holes line up perfectly when I close the door there is a 1/2 gap in the cabinet opening.

I think the issue is that the 32-345 has a wrap-around hinge while your original appears to be flat. That would explain the gap. Our 32-343 may be a better option for you but it would require drilling new holes.
