Hi,
Can I use Product Code: 36-004-10 to replace these rusted and broken hinges. The length of the piece attached to the frame is 10 inches. I was using this video to see how to do it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qm8bUJO2eaM.

The 36-004-10 will very likely work to replace your existing hinges. The other option is the 36-048. You'll need to review and compare each of their dimensions to determine if this pair will be a fit.
Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes if they are not an exact match for yours. If so, be cautious not to drill too far into the sash frame because you can risk cracking the glass.
