A home owner from Stouffville, Ontario says:
Hi

I was wondering if you sell anything like this latch. The gears inside have worn out and no longer closes the windows properly.

Thanks

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Hello, and thanks for your interest in SWISCO.com. Please take a look at the 38-139 lock. Yours might be an older version of this lock. It's very important to see if the size of the locking fork matches the length of yours (ours is 1 1/2" inches) and the distance between mounting holes is 3-7/8" from center to center.
A quick learner says:
thank you ... sorry i should have included measurements in my post but i will see if they match when i get home tonight
