replacement leaf spring for storm window

Question

I am trying to locate replacement leaf springs for F. C. Russell Co. storm windows.  I have included several pictures of the spring.  I have also included a picture of the Mfr ID plate on the window frame.  The springs apply pressure to hold the upper and lower glass windows against the frame.
