replacement lever for this sliding glass door

Question

I am looking for a replacement lever for this sliding glass patio door.  The hardware says "made in new zealand".  The first picture is the part that I am looking for, the latch/lever mechanism broke but everything else works.  Thanks!

This reminds me of our 82-240 latch lever, which is used with our 82-080 handle set, but I'm not sure if it will be compatible with your older handle set design. Look this over to see what you think.
