my research has told me that Guardian made the glass and Philips made the doors. I've learned that Philips is out of business now. The latch holes are 3 1/4 inch apart on center on the flat handle (outside) and on the inside latch that butts up inside the door frame the holes are 3 5/8 on center. It didn't want to come out - I think it was spring loaded and hopefully I can get one in to replace it.
I'm enclosing a picture of the actual handle and another of an identical handle on another screen.

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 83-002 screen door latch and pull. Do you think this might work? If you aren't sure, I recommend that you look through our Patio Sliding Screen Door Replacement Handles Catalog to see if you see anything else that would.

I don't think so because part g needs to screw into the inside of the frame of the door - per my photo. The frame is 1/2 deep right there and it needs to be secured from the inside of the frame. I have looked in the catalog and haven't seen one there which is why I contacted you :(

Have you seen the 84-223, sliding screen door latch set? Please take a look and let me know what you think.

I saw that one on the website but the part that goes on the outside (the non-locking side) is almost flat(see additional pictures) - distance between center of holes is 3.25.
The inside piece that mounts on the inside and is screwed to the inside of the frame - like the 84-223 but it is 3 5/8 to center of holes and it is 1/2 inch wide on the flange that mounts to the inside rim of the frame.
I pretty much looked over the 3 or 5 pages on the internet and didn't find anything - is that all you have? The door was manufactured by Phillips if that helps

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Unfortunately, the 84-223 appears to be the closest possible match we have. I apologize for the inconvenience.
