Screws too short on my replacement locking set

A home owner from worcerter ma says:
I need to buy a new lock to replace my entire locking handle for my sliding door. There is currently no lock on the door. Every time I buy a kit, the screws are too short to fit the door. What kit do I need to buy from you that will fit?
The manufacturer number for my door is NFRC 100 , code: Hll-280-3, Spec: NFRC, Series: SVPD, MST: 280-M-017

Thanks for posting! If handle screw length is a problem, it's probably because your door thickness exceeds most standard sizes. Can you tell me how thick your door is? Please be as precise as possible.

In the meantime, I'm certain something like our 82-035 can work for you, but I can't say if its screws will be long enough or not without knowing what kind of door we're dealing with.
