replacement lower window for a philips

Question

I have philips series 820 tilt double hung (based on the AAMA certification). I am looking for a replacement for the lower window. One of the panes are cracked. Does this exist?

Also, I have 2 windows where the counter balance is not working so the window won't stay up.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell replacement window sashes or glass, unfortunately. If the glass is the only thing that's broken then a local glass shop should be able to advise accordingly.

We may be able to help with the window balances but we will need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window. There's a chance we'll still require more information after that, depending on the type of hardware you have, but I have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind!
