replacement mortise lock

I am trying to find a replacement mortise lockset that will fit my Pozzi 6068 sliding patio door (no outside key). I have looked through your catalog and it would appear that your model 82-243, 82-218, or 82-223 latch sets would replace my currently inoperative latch (broken inside spring). The mounting screw dimensions on my set are 3 11/16" with a 1/2" depth. Comparing your photos with my set, your model 82-223 has the same 45 degree beveled mounting ears as my unit unlike the other two units which have a slightly different design. The 82-223 latch appears to be visibly identical to mine. Do you think the 82-223 will replace my defective latch? If so, how do I order one from you? Dimensions of the body are 3 3/16" x 1/2" x 1 1/8" with a center to center spacing of the mounting screws at 3 11/16". There are no manufacturer's identifying marks or model numbers anywhere on the assembly, thus not much help in obtaining a replacement. Looked at your recommendation and seems like it will fit the bill. Placed an order for one so now maybe I can remove the 2 x 4 block out of the door track!
