replacement of Vynal windows

Need to replace our Vynal panes on our patio. They have clouded up and can't seem to get them clear..

I am afraid we don't replace window panes. However, if they've fogged up, most likely the molding has been compromised. If you take the windows to a glass shop, they should be able to replace this molding. Let me know if you have further questions.
