replacement of operator and crank

A home owner from buffalo ny says:
I have a broken operator and crank which appears in photo one. The number on the broken crank is OP05-7810. I show the working operator and crank and cover in photos 2 and 3 on a similar casement window. I need to replace the broken operator and missing crank that appear in photo one. Can you help? Thanks. Hello,

Take a look at our 36-048 hinge set and 39-329 operator dimensions to see how they compare to your original hardware. Thank you!
