This part is called an operator, but I cannot identify yours based on just the stamp. I'd like you to flip the operator over and show me a picture of the entire mechanism. That includes the arms, not just the base. I can use that to identify a good match from our inventory.

A home owner from winnipeg, Canada says:

ALright, i have taken full picture of entire mechanism as advised. Attached as photo images.

Ooooh, I understand now. This is a single split-arm operator. I thought this was a dual-arm operator whose secondary arm had broken at the base. Thank you for these photos!

Your exact operator actually is not made anymore, but I believe that our 39-325 and 39-326 can be used as replacements. These have the same style base and split-arm, with the same rivet that mounts underneath the tip of the arm. Look these parts over and let me know if you agree.

You may need a new handle, since I'm not sure that your original will work with ours. See the 39-114L.

A home owner from winnipeg, Canada says:

Hi, sorry for delay in reply.

With my layman's (not very technical) knowledge i think 39-326 looks workable, and also new handle 39-114L....so we only need one operator not both, isnt it?

We don't have to get both 39-325 and 39-326, right?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Yep, that's right. As long as the other side isn't damaged then you can still reuse it. The operator in your photo is the same side as the 39-326, so that would be what you want.

A home owner from winnipeg, Canada says:

Great!. so how do i place the order now?
Do you have a Dealer selling the parts here in Winnipeg, Canada? If yes please share their contact details.
THanks
