Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This brings the 39-348 awning operator to mind. This is compatible with the 36-078 shoe stud (sold separately). Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you need.

thanks so much for your quick reply. that does indeed look similar.
however im not sure about the shoe , how will i know it that fits the existing guide bar or do you recommend i purchase a new track/guide bar as well?

You would have to compare the specifications of our shoe with your old one if you haven't already. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the one you have now removed from the window?
