replacement operator parts

A contractor from Minocqua says:
Looking for some hardware parts old, maybe 30-40 yrs. seems to be missing some sort of retaining nut with the threads on the outside and holds the drive piece in.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We can help but you'll need to replace the entire operator since there is no way to repair the broken spline that you have. To identify the correct replacement, we'll need you to open the window as wide as it will go and take a picture from above so that we can see the arm that moves with window in and out. Thank you!

Tank you for the additional photo. Start your search with taking a look at our 39-045 operator. Review all of the measurements and let us know if this is a match.
