Hello, we just recently bought a house that has 10 or more windows that I need to replace the cranks for. I'm trying to figure out how I know the size. I've enclosed a picture and I could certainly get more if needed. I don't see a brand on any of the windows as it's an older house and they've been painted over many times.

To further review, we will need to see the window sash open where we can see the arm attachment from the base of the operator. From there we can determine the overall style you have to confirm if we can provide suitable replacements. Thank you!

Your window uses Pella brand hardware. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-096 and 39-097 operators to see how they compare to your original. Also see the 39-109B for a compatible handle. Please note that the covers for these operators have been discontinued.
