replacement operators for AWP awning windows

We have a home on Long Island in the Bahamas. It's a CBS 3 bdrm 2 bath Florida style home. It has AWP LLC awning type windows. Manufactured in Medley Florida. We have an operator that appears to be stripped and would like to find a replacement. As you know, there are quite a few operators and they all vary a little. It is hard to know which one is right. The remote location (Bahamas) has made it difficult to solve this problem. I recently visited the house and took along 5 or so replacement operators. None worked. Then I discovered that the operator we needed to replace was an AWP window. WE bought about 7 or 8 replacement windows and had them shipped from Ft Lauderdale about 5 or 6 years ago. I've been slowly installing them over the years and one recent install had a stripped operator. I thought no problem, but AWP is out of business. I photographed two labels on the new as yet uninstalled replacement windows. I have those, but do not know how to send them to you. Any insight into my problem will be helpful. Seems the most common problem is the shoulder bolts and arms that attach the operator to the window mechanism. They all attach differently. I found most of my operators wanted a threaded in shoulder bolt and the AWP had a much larger hole. Thanks in advance. Looking forward to any insight you might be able to share.

Hi there!
We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible. You can email your photos to help@swisco.com with reference number D220678.
Thank you!
