replacement operators and hinges for vinyl casement windows

Hello, I would like to replace several casement operators and hinges which where originally installed with Milgard windows. I would appreciate your suggestions as to what I may use to complete this task.

Hi Mike, thank you for posting,

Your operators resemble the 39-091 and 39-092 style. Please review the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit! Unfortunately the link arm that connects the operator to the window sash has been discontinued and there is no known substitute. You will need to reuse your original if possible.

We believe your hinges aren't made anymore but we've had customers use the 36-004-10 and 36-048 successfully in the past. The catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time; you don't want to mix old and new hinges. The video below will show you how this works. Please note that the 36-004-10 style is not adjustable like the 36-048 shown in the video.
