replacement part

Sir: I am replacing this part to my existing sliding patio door (81-229). They look exactly the same. My home was built in 1981. Home Depot, Lowes and Ace, do not carry older parts. I did look on the frames of the doors for the manufacturer, but with no luck. Please get back to me on shipping info and return policies if the parts do not fit. THANKS SO MUCH , GREG
