replacement part

The gear at the handle is stripped and I am trying to find either another piece for the handle to attach to or a totally new operator that is the same.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I do not recognize your operator assembly at first glance. To get started, we would like to see the fitting at the end of the operator arm removed from the sash track. Also, please write out the length of the arm. That would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
