Think it is a casement sill mount split arm operator, need a replacement. It doesn't close and need to push it from outside while someone cranks the arm. Can find only 2 stamp #s on it, attached are pics. Please let me know what else you might need.
I found an old invoice for replacment screens and it says those were being ordered thru Milgard..so I assume my casement windows are Milgard brand, if that helps. Thanks

Thanks for writing in! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. Attached to the end of the arms are the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider (straight arm) and the 39-545 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket (link arm). The slider is compatible with the 39-528 track.
This operator does not come with a built in cover, so you'll also need either the 39-376 (folding) or 39-452 (non-folding) kits.
