replacement part for Andersen window

My house was built in the late 70s. I need to replace the sash balance #0225 23 273. I this part available or can I substitute another?

It's difficult to say. I think the key number here is "5 23." Is that part written differently, perhaps larger or more prominently? If so, I recommend our 24-531.
