replacement part for Bathroom Window - need new crank

A home owner from Nutley, NJ says:
Window measure 34 inches (L) X 15 1/2 inches (W)

no markings , except for "bonded 99" on outside window frame

Window has a "locking device" on left side of window.

appears that an "arm" of the device is missing or not working?

Thanks for all of your help.

Hello!

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. This looks like you have an older style version of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the link arm and the connecting bracket. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.
