replacement part for old aluminum window

Question

I can't seem to find anything like this.  The actual location of the window is in NY.  I have access to a bunch of other states though if needed.

We don't have an exact match for this screen pull, but I am wondering if something like our 70-004 or 70-199 could work. Take a look and see what you think.
