This hinge is broken and the window will not close properly. This is a tiny piece that appears to be part of the Entry Gard Truth hinge assembly. It slides under the bottom of the window into a groove that allows it to close smoothly and tightly. I can't remove it.
I saw a video on Facebook made by Swisco that showed this part. I need to know what it is so I can order it. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us! This black piece is a part of the window hinge. We don't sell it separately, so you'd have to replace the whole hinge. Just note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications for the 36-048 and see if they match up with your old assembly.

A picture of the specific part is attached below. It is a small piece of the hinge that slides along the groove. Do I have to buy the entire hinge in order to replace this one very tiny part?
