replacement part - screw-on face guide

I am having trouble locating replacement parts for this. I believe it is a screw-on face guide, but not confident. Any help would be appreciated. I currently do not know the brand of window that the guide came from.

Hey there, Melissa. We do carry our 67-002 face guide which looks like yours, however, it's not as long. In addition, I would also like for you to look at our 70-080 window clip. Perhaps you can adapt it to be used as a face guide on your window.
